Returns Policy

At Forge & Twine, every piece is one of a kind. We take care to provide accurate dimensions, clear photography, and an honest, detailed description of each item before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting.

If you're ever unsure about a piece before purchasing, get in touch. We're happy to provide further photographs, a condition report, or video ahead of your order if you're in two minds.

Items Not as Described

Because of the care we take with our listings, we don't expect there to be grounds for return in most cases. That said, if an item arrives significantly different from its description, photography, or stated dimensions, then please get in touch so we can rectify.

Natural Wear & Imperfection

As genuine antiques and vintage pieces, natural signs of age such as small marks, colour variation, historic repairs, or wear consistent with the item's age are part of their character, not a fault. Where relevant, these will already be reflected in the description within the listing.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us at forgeandtwine@hotmail.com within 48 hours, with photographs, and we'll work with you directly to resolve it.
