Delivery Information

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Smaller & Medium Items

Sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, calculated automatically at checkout.

Larger Items

Larger pieces are shipped via DPD. Because every piece we sell is unique in size and weight, delivery for these items isn't charged at checkout. Once your order is placed, we'll weigh and measure the piece, get a courier quote, and send you a separate payment request for delivery before dispatch.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect in person, you can pick up your order free of charge from us in Filey, just select this option at checkout. Once your order is placed, get in touch with us to arrange a suitable collection time.

Questions

If you have any questions about delivery for a specific item, get in touch before you order and we'll be happy to help.
